I would appreciate your prayers as I help teach a Teaching Children Effectively Level 1 course May 9-15. This is a 30 hour course designed to help children's workers be more effective in thier teaching. Among other things, the students will learn how to plan a Bible lesson from scratch, incorporate the Gospel in every aspect of teaching (Bible lessons, songs, memory verses, etc), learn how to counsel children and be evaluated in their practical application of the things learned through in class and out of class practicums. Keep the students in your prayers as it is a fairly intense week of study and learning. Pray for:

• Receptive minds for the material being taught.


• Diligent study time.


• A new vision to reach the children in thier communities with the Gospel.

Pray for the us as instructors to:

• Have wisdom and discernment in teaching.


• Clearly explain each topic.


• Have a servant heart to help the students reach thier absolute best potential during the course so they can build upon what they learn in thier own ministries.

For everyone, we need strength equal to our tasks this week. We know God will do a great work in equipping more laborers for the harvest field, but it will not come without challenge. Thank you for your prayers as they are what will make a difference this week in the battle for children.
