CMI between the classes
Posted by Ashley Hoover
I thought I'd back up a little bit to CMI. Since I'm not the best at taking pictures and don't have any of in class, this post will give you a glimpse of what we did in our free time. (which I should say we didn't always have a lot of just so we don't get the idea it was all fun & games)
We went to the St. Louis zoo one Saturday. We're making friends with the penguin shaped bush/tree thing. He was pretty nice. As far as I could tell he was an emperor penguin.
We could have really hugged a real one if we wanted they were that close...it probably would have been the end of our trip to the zoo though so we settled for a photo. I don't remember what kind this little guy was.
I loved these baby snakes! I'd never seen one before, they were just coming out of their eggs and were so cute!
A ring tailed lemur. They were really fun to watch.
Raising the Honduran flag at the International Headquarters. Maybe my favorite out of class activity. :)

Mr. Reese Kauffman president of CEF spoke at the graduation ceremony. I always enjoy hearing him speak. I'm always amazed at the amount of scripture he can quote and has memorized. It challenges me to memorize scripture more.
That's about all the photos I have but in the future I'll try to take more so I can share with you. Have a great day!
