I have tears running down my face. THANK YOU Sis for sharing this and doing your part to defend the cause of the fatherless! THIS is what I cry to sleep over every night, THIS is what stirs me to the very depths of my soul, and THIS is want I want to spend my life doing!
Well, it is something I feel very strongly about as well and will be doing what I can in Honduras to help orphans also. I put this post together while I was eating supper but when I saw the video I quickly lost my appetite and it made me cry too. There's so many orphans out there. They not only need physical help but spiritual help as well to truly cange thier lives for eternity.
Amen! If only more Christians would be stirred to rise up for such a time as this! Never have we been so blessed, and never has their been more need! I can only imagine how it must grieve the heart of God, when He sees His children with much, ignoring the cries of His children with little.
Oh, how beautiful and how sad! The innocent dying, because of ignorance and selfishness! THANK YOU, Ashley! Thank you!
Amen! This is what I desire to spend my life doing! Deut 10:18-19 comes to mind "He administers justice for the fatherless and the widow, and loves the stranger, giving him food and clothing. Therefore love the stranger"! We all need to desire to be more like Him in this way!
It is something that is sobering, but we all need to be reminded of!
